Requesting a replacement activation code - non English versions only or older computers only

We can provide assistance with activation problems only for purchases that were made directly from LDW, since our activation codes are not compatible with games that were purchased from other sites. If you purchased your game directly from LDW (through our partner, Plimus), you can get your activation information immediately (without waiting for human assistance from LDW Customer Support) by using the procedures in this FAQ entry. 

If you don't know where you purchased your game, please refer to this FAQ entry, which also contains contact information for the most popular game sites, so that you can request a replacement code from them.

If you would prefer to have our Customer Support email you a replacement code (for games purchased from LDW), you will need to complete and submit our Support Form, providing  as much of the following information as possible:

  1. Your name
  2. The title of the game that you purchased
  3. The date of your purchase
  4. Your order number
  5. The email address you used when you purchased the game
  6. State in the Message area of the form that you are requesting a replacement activation code

We use this information to look up your purchase, and the more complete and accurate the information that you supply, the faster you will be able to receive your replacement code. Once we verify your purchase details, we will issue a replacement code. You will usually receive a response to your support request within 48 hours.
